Founded in 1982 as Faith Properties, Inc., our company has been serving the Mohawk Valley with honesty, professionalism, and results for over four decades. We hold the distinction of being the oldest Coldwell Banker franchise in New York State.

In 2007, the company’s top-producing agent, John Brown, purchased the brokerage from its original owners. Since then, Coldwell Banker Faith Properties has grown from just 18 agents to over 75 and spread out over three office locations throughout the Mohawk Valley.
